Carol's Pies are sold as whole pies only, except on special event weekends such as the Home Wine Makers Contest and the Nauvoo Grape Festival. We like to sell our pies fresh, and you like to buy them fresh...ordering ahead guarantees your pie will be freshly baked just for you!
May thru October, the weekly pie selection will be baked on Friday; November thru April, pies are baked to order All Holiday pies are baked the day before the Holiday
